The Villa has a very spacious living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, with all the necessary kitchen appliances, three bedrooms (with large double beds) and two large bathrooms (one with a washing machine). All rooms are air-conditioned. A shaded large yard is connected to the dining room overlooking a cozy garden with orange and lemon trees. The Villa accommodates up to 6 persons. Bed linens, bath and pool towels are provided while you stay. The outdoor space is very pleasant with a spacious patio equipped with sofas, chairs and tables and overlooking the private swimming pool that sets in outstanding condition with a shaded yard and pool beds. A large garden with fruit and olive trees and a barbecue facility complete the property exterior area.Outdoor chill-out areas are everywhere in the property. You can enjoy your al fresco breakfasts and dinners in the large patio, in the shaded yard, around the pool in the garden.T he nearest beaches are a 8-minute drive away.
